How We Use Information
We use the information we collect solely to deliver, improve, and communicate about our services.
- To set up your account and onboard you within 48 hours of signup
- To provide your dedicated business assistant services, including booking management, social media, and client communications
- To communicate with you about your service, updates, and changes to your plan
- To process billing and manage your monthly subscription
- To respond to support requests and resolve issues promptly
- To improve our website and service quality based on usage patterns
- To comply with applicable Ontario and Canadian federal laws and regulations
We will not use your information for purposes beyond those described in this policy without first obtaining your explicit consent.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share information only in the limited circumstances below.
- Service providers: Trusted vendors who help deliver our services — such as payment processors, email platforms, and scheduling tools. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

- Following account closure, data is retained for up to 12 months before deletion or anonymization
- Payment and billing records are kept for a minimum of 7 years as required by Ontario tax regulations
- Communications sent to your assistant are retained for 90 days after your subscription ends, then permanently deleted
You may request earlier deletion of your personal data — subject to legal retention requirements — by contacting us through the form linked in Section 7.
Your Rights
Under Ontario's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
